As regional administrator of the Strategic Partnership for Industrial Resurgence (SPIR) – a program of the State University of New York – TCIE connects corporate partners with UB engineering brainpower. Funds for technically advanced, multidisciplinary assistance are available to New York State companies employing less than 500 people. With SPIR, organizations have upgraded or introduced new technologies, addressed product development and testing challenges, and enhanced continuous improvement programs.
