About Bridge to Black Belt Training
TCIE has developed a training program to assist certified Green Belts in their goal to become a certified Black Belt. The Six Sigma Bridge to Black Belt training spans approximately five months and consists of five training phases covering DMAIC. After each of the five training weeks, the participants return to their respective company and apply the tools and methodologies learned. Typically there is time reserved each Friday to discuss Black Belt projects.

  Bridge to Black Belt Classes
The course is 200 hours of classroom instruction, interactive learning, using DMAIC methods for problem solving, and applying DMAIC to the attendee's company specific project.
