  About Black Belt Training
The Six Sigma Black Belt training spans approximately five months and consists of five training phases covering DMAIC. After each of the five training weeks, the participants return to their respective companies and apply the tools and methodologies learned. Typically there is time reserved each Friday to discuss Black Belt projects.
