  About Six Sigma Executive Overview
This training is designed to give the executive and/or owner of a business an overview to Six Sigma, Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Lean activities. It is presented as an interactive workshop in which attendees will learn the differences between Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean manufacturing. They will learn their role in supporting these activities. Measurement and management controls are stressed. Additionally, attendees will receive an overview to a problem solving methodology and the tools that green belts and white belts will use in solving company problems.
