Lean Enterprise Training

Overview

A Lean Enterprise is one that continually seeks to eliminate waste from all work processes. If customers are not able to perceive value arising from their supplier's activities, they will be unwilling to pay for such activities, especially when an alternative exists. Don't wait for your customers to “go away” before you embark on the Lean journey!

Those who achieve the greatest success in Lean implementations follow a roadmap that includes the following elements:

  • Top management commitment to stay the course
  • Widespread workforce buy-in through honest, objective communication to employees
  • Solicitation and utilization of experienced and objective external resources that provide training in the use and implementation of Lean tools.

TCIE Training Capabilities
