ISO Management Systems Training

Overview

An effective ISO Management System must be well defined and thoroughly documented. Work processes for product and service realization that meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements are identified and established. Applicable International Standards such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949 and others build a measurement of customer satisfaction and a mechanism for continual improvement of process performance into the ISO process.
Effective ISO Management Systems will focus on measurement of customer satisfaction as assessed by the customer, and will thereby direct its organizational actions toward continually adding value and reducing waste while building a long term competitive edge.
