ISO Management Systems Implementation | |||||
Step 1: Gap Assessment |
||||||
| All organizations have some existing quality programs, but rarely do they meet the full requirements of the applicable IMS standard. The gap assessment is a service of TCIE that formally determines the current state of the organization’s quality programs relative to the desired future state necessary for an effective IMS. This assessment documents the scope of effort required by the organization to close the “gap” between current and desired future states. | ||||||
| Step 2: Implementation | ||||||
TCIE supports organizations to implement their IMS by providing a variety of services. |
||||||
| Step 3: Registration | ||||||
Formal registration to a IMS Standard requires an audit by a third party assessor that is empowered by the International Standard Organization. TCIE can provide the organization with a list of approved registrars and an estimate of the probable range of costs involved for the registration/compliance services. Companies that have integrated our ISO services... Niacet included a full range of services for ISO 9000 implementation in their production of a metal acid salts producer.As a result, Niacet has enjoyed greater efficiency, as well as enhanced customer acceptance. Manitoba, a scrap metals recycler, has also utilized TCIE’s recommendations to help them prepare for ISO certification to the 9001:2000 standards. According to company president Brian Shine, “Our employees embraced this process, and with TCIE’s expert assistance, it has been a rewarding and educational experience that makes us better as a company.” |
